If you require us to download a file from your FTP site, please:
Send an email to your account executive with a link to your ftp site with user name and password.
List the file(s) to be downloaded.
Stuff or zip your file(s) and directories.
Provide a PDF file in your email so that we may proof your artwork.
There is a fee for each download.

If uploading to DisplayCraft FTP site, please:
Stuff or zip your file(s) and directories.
Send an email to alert the account executive of completion of file uploaded with a list of file(s) to be downloaded and graphics order information.
Provide a PDF file in your email so that we may proof your artwork.

PC Users:
Launch internet explorer and type: ftp.displaycraft.com

Select: Page / Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
(See figure 1)

When prompted Log On As:
username: upload
password: upload
(See figure 2)

The username and password are case sensitive so use only lowercase.

This username/password combination allows users to upload only.

Please note that while files are on the site, other users will be able to see the file name but will NOT be able to view or download the any files.

Please zip/stuff files before uploading. (especially fonts!) Dragging files to the FTP window will begin upload. Notify intended parties when the files are finished uploading and supply them with file names. Please check to be sure that files have completly uploaded by comparing the original file size with file size on FTP Server. (See figure 3)

Client FTP software can be used with the following info:

ftp server name: ftp.displaycraft.com
username: upload
password: upload

Mac Users:
Mac users must use a ftp client software to post files to the DisplayCraft FTP Server

A free version can be obtained using the following link: http://cyberduck.ch/
