Galderma Booth Concept

Galderma is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development of dermatological medications. Their exhibit design project included providing effective 3D marketing solutions for their two largest annual trade show events. DisplayCraft provided a custom booth design presentation including two unique concepts for the World Congress of Dermatology and also the American Academy of Dermatology annual meetings. The two booth concepts used the same components however, were very different in size and shape.

The first design, a 70′ x 80′ island booth showcased 5 of Galderma’s divisions. The booth comprised of five distinctive product areas, a central reception desk and a live presentation area for larger groups.

The five product areas were marked by large vertical towers containing streaming video walls. Distinctively colored video messaging differentiated each product area. Video content was accessible on a series of individual monitors for individuals to use at each of the product points. The gloss white arched video wall structures were modular to fit both designs presented. Halo LED lighting effects added an elegant touch to the gloss white lower cabinets.

The central area featured a custom reception counter with integrated LED lighting and built in projector. Designer white laminate with tiered corporate colors and dimensional logo decorated the counter. A large sheer fabric ceiling spanned the majority of the booth. The ceiling had a LED lighting package programed to run through a series of corporate colors or stay white. A dropped ring contained dimensional Galderma logos on all four sides. A central corporate blue disk fit within the ring while an additional second white disk floated below as a projection surface.

Lastly, a live presentation area at the back of the booth, provided corporate branding and looping video when group presentations were not in session. Behind was a large closet for storage and a conference room for private meetings.

Appoline Exhibit Concept

The idea of a ‘cube’, without being a literal box was the inspiration for this trade show booth design. A single central semi-private meeting room was the client’s main request.

The booths solid white structure provided a backdrop for a variety of lighting options. LED lighting treatments with the possibility to fade through a subtle series of color changes illuminated the soft sheer fabric upper structures. HP Exhibit Concept

Tension fabric displays and structures are a standard in the trade show industry. The flexibility that tension fabric offers makes creating simple geometric shapes easy and cost effective. Custom tension fabric designs using complex compound shapes are also possible, even with large cut-outs! Whether your trade show booth design uses simple or complex shapes, each shape has an impact on how attendees experience your brand and 3D marketing environment.

In this conceptual design the geometric tension fabric cylinder centers and grounds the environment.  Simple tables add to the lightness of the design while creating a structured look and feel within the booth. Integrated into the design a closet structure offers space for graphic application and/or a large expansive seamless monitor for moving graphics – a canvas for the client.  The vertical element adds height for branding and visibility on the trade show floor.

John Hancock

John Hancock is a revered and well-established financial services leader. As sponsors for the Sports and Fitness Expo in Boston, they had a booth space for runners to gather before and after the race, as well as a place for spectators. Their event booth design requirements were quite simple. They needed a storage room, stadium seating, live video streaming and corporate branding throughout the space.

Two towers served as marquees for the booth while providing a backdrop for streaming video. One tower shared a wall with the closet while the other connected to the back wall arching over the main spectator area. A privacy wall with a printed semi-sheer material jazzed up the rental stadium seating. For optimal visibility on the show floor, graphics with corporate and event logos were displayed throughout the space. Custom corporate skirted tables were positioned on the corners. The colorful graphics and aluminum structure unified this event booth design.
